We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should your purchase not be quite what you’re after we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately however, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that all engraved items are non-refundable unless deemed to be faulty.

Items must be returned in a box via recorded delivery in the condition they were sent to you and anything we consider to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Please email us before returning your package for a returns form. Please note, we do not offer a free returns service.


In the unlikely event that a piece is deemed faulty we will replace it upon its return. Should the item no longer be in stock, we offer a full credit against your next order. Unfortunately items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged cannot be replaced or credited.
